Charles W. Gerdes has resolved complex commercial and business litigation cases through mediation, summary judgment, bench trials in state and federal court, jury trials in state and federal court, and appeals in state and federal courts.  Charlie has 18 years of civil trial court experience as first and second chair counsel for parties from small claims court through “bet the company” trials and appeals.

Charlie does not practice criminal law, family law, personal injury or medical malpractice law, but will gladly provide referrals upon request to other attorneys skilled and professional in those areas of the law.
